Testimonials
Design Thinking programme at IIM-Bangalore was one of the best investment that I have done in recent past for my development. The program covered various area’s of design thinking concepts (industries agnostic) which were easy to understand and internalize. The case studies presented during the program did give valuable ideas on how we can start using the design thinking process in our day-to-day work. I was able to use the simple method taught during the program to solve some long pending challenges related to process within my current engineering team. I would surely recommend this program so professionals who are looking to use alternate ways of thinking to solve some business problems.
-Tejas Raval, Software Engineering Senior Manager, Dell

I’ve participated in the Design Thinking Program of IIM Bangalore during Nov,2019. I truly enjoyed the topic which was presented in a very lucid manner by the lectures and where a great cohort of participants from diversified backgrounds also shared truly insightful interspersed experiences with top-notch practical exercises. Upon returning to my organization, I was able to disseminate the information and experience with my core team members along with our design leaders and product development managers in design thinking. I saw practically improved acceptance of my approach by the larger team where using the framework of design thinking with empathy and being considerate about the needs of the customers has immediately driven positive change of Innovation and Problem-solving.
