CDPG team engaged with Mr. Abhilash Soundararajan (Founder & CEO, PrivaSapien), Mr. Alen Pious and Mr. Jishnu Kaiwar from PrivaSapien team, a Bengaluru-based privacy technology company, for a discussion on privacy infrastructure, responsible AI, and data governance in the context of India’s evolving Digital Personal Data Protection framework. PrivaSapien’s Privacy Enhancing and Responsible AI (PERAI) stack offers enterprises tools for privacy risk assessment, consent management, and DPDPA compliance.
The meeting surfaced a challenge central to CDPG’s work: ensuring that the consent-based data-sharing frameworks embedded in DPI from the AA ecosystem to DEPA are backed by technical systems that are genuinely trustworthy. PrivaSapien’s cross-jurisdictional experience and alignment with India’s regulatory direction make this a relationship CDPG intends to develop as it deepens its focus on privacy-by-design in public digital infrastructure.
