Discussions covered deployment models, stakeholder roles, and the development of a capabilities inventory to support pilot infrastructure. Particular emphasis was placed on identifying gaps where new building blocks would need to be developed, as well as opportunities to adopt or repurpose existing components for ONCM.<\/p><p>The session also examined key design choices that would require standardisation and disclosure to enable interoperability and coordinated participation across ecosystem actors.
