It argues that DPI&#8217;s design principles and architecture fundamentally reconfigure entrepreneurial resources and boundaries, enabling new business models, frugal capabilities, market complementarities, and lower entry barriers. By expanding market access and fostering inclusive participation, the framework highlights DPI&#8217;s potential to democratise entrepreneurship.
