Testimonials
Prof. Anshuman's curriculum was carefully crafted to provoke us to think. The diversity of case studies selected, and the quality of questions discussed made it more like a workshop. It helped put a lot of things into perspective and to approach innovation as a means to gain strategic advantage. Creating an innovation pipeline with a mix of breakthrough, platform and derivative projects (business models & technology) and a self-sustaining organisation design were the key take away for me. Would recommend this for business owners and teams architecting their organisation's strategy.

The program is intensively focused on case studies that pushes one to think through the various development models, org design, Business strategies etc. Each case study is presented in a way that one can co-relate with their current organization's challenges. The 4 days are full with a lot of material, group discussions and presentations covering the Innovation cycles in Large, Mid and start-up organizations. The participants come from various domains giving you an opportunity to understand different industries and their unique challenges. Prof. Anshuman has great ability to involve each one in the group, extract problem statements and fit the same into already discussed cases. The campus is great with resort like facilities that definitely has a positive impact on how much you can concentrate on studies.

[08:30am to 11:50am & 02:00pm to 05: 20pm]
“The sessions will be delivered as Live online over the ZOOM platform. Given the online orientation, participants must be equipped with the requisite level of Internet connectivity. Participants are also required to turn the video on during the session as this helps to create a learning environment that is quite similar to a face to face class. Breakout rooms, polling will be used to facilitate discussion based learning during the sessions.
The mode of delivery for sessions will be revisited based on the prevailing COVID situation. IIMB may choose to deliver the sessions either in live online or hybrid modes of delivery. Hybrid delivery implies that a part of the cohort is physically present in the classroom while the remaining students participate in the course virtually.”
