Professor Ganesh N Prabhu

Professor Prabhu's areas of research and teaching are product innovation, strategic management and entrepreneurship. He has published in leading journals like the Academy of Management Review and Research Policy and was invited to be on the editorial board of the Journal of Management, US.Professor Prabhu has conducted top management sessions for Honeywell, ITC, Qualcomm, Tata Group, Tessaract and Tetra Pak and has conducted strategy, visioning or innovation workshops for senior executive groups at Bharat Electronics, Crompton Greaves, ETA Ascon Holding, HAL, Honeywell, Indian Oil, L&T, Quest, Oracle, Union Bank of India. He jointly coordinates executive programmes Strategic Analysis for Competitive Advantage and Creating Successful New Products and has led customized programmes for Amul, Cognizant, CA Technologies, Future Group, Trent, Reliance, Seimens,Wipro-GE and Yahoo.

Professor P. D. Jose

Dr. Jose is a Professor in the Strategy Area. Prior to joining IIMB, he was a member of the faculty at the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. Professor Jose teaches core courses on strategy and electives on Corporate Environmental Management, Sustainable Enterprises and Understanding Corporate Failures. He has been a visiting faculty at Cardiff Business School, IIM Kozhikode, and Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Professor Jose was a Fulbright Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, and Kenan-Flagler Business School, North Carolina during 1999-2000. He also visited the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, as a research scholar on a UNDP/GoI fellowship. He was also an ESRC Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Business Relationships, Accountability, Sustainability and Society (BRASS) at Cardiff University during 2005-06, and again in 2008.

Dr. Sandeep K. Krishnan

He is a Senior Partner at People Business. He is a Fellow (Doctorate) of IIM Ahmedabad. In the past, he has worked with organizations like IBM, Infosys, Ernst and Young, and RPG. He is a Visiting Faculty at IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Indore. Dr. Sandeep has coached CXO level leaders across sectors like Technology, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Education. Some of business houses and groups where he has consulted with are Accenture, Capgemini, RBS, Genpact, 3M, Manipal Group, Voltas, UBL, ITC Ltd and TVS. He is the author of the book Making Of A CEO , published by Penguin Random House. He is a certified coach from the University of Cambridge and TLC.

Aparna Chandrashekhar

Aparna is a senior executive coach and facilitator associated with PB and has worked extensively in the areas of Executive Coaching, Capability Assessment and Building, Leadership Development. Aparna worked as the VP of HR at AXA Business Services in Bangalore where she set up the Training and Development function and also Robust Performance Management and Employee Engagement Systems. She brings with her rich work experience of 24 years in academics, the corporate world predominantely in the IT, ITES and Insurance space as well as consulting. Over the last 10 years, has supported nearly 700 professionals in gearing up for career growth . She has done coaching assignments with Senior Business Leaders.

Mervyn Raphael

He is one of the founder members of People Business in South Asia, MEA, Australia and SEA. Over a 30+ years career, Mervyn worked with Hindustan Unilever, AT&T and Mercer Consulting as their Founder Managing Director. He has led several consulting assignments over the last 20 years, primarily in the areas of Defining Vision, Values & strategic intent, Employer Branding, Leadership Transformation and Executive
Coaching. Mervyn is an experienced facilitator for top management teams and an Executive Coach for several organizations in India and overseas. He is a certified TLC Coach.

Raj Shekhar

Raj has over 25 years experience in the software industry, contributing at multiple levels of management. He was the Chief of Operations at Mastek Ltd. where he has led the organization to be assessed at the highest level of software and people capability maturity model (CMM) of SEI.

Raj has been consulting, coaching and conducting leadership programs for corporations like Vodafone, Nous, Allied Digital,L&T etc based on GRID/Belbin/Firo-B/MBTI Frameworks. He intergrates his experience and best practices with the frameworks to leverage the untapped potential in individuals.
