Moving from delivering a functional strategy to responsibility for business strategy requires a broad perspective and additional knowledge. The EGMP prepares participants for this challenging transition by focusing on:

An understanding of the fast changing environment and its impact on business is crucial for success.

Functional Knowledge

An appreciation of key concepts and activities within the primary management functional areas and interconnections among them is essential for aligning the functional areas with the business strategy.

• Marketing

Strategic Perspective

This module integrates the functional Knowledge gained earlier and allows the managers to take decisions and develop strategies that are appropriate for different environments.

• Corporate Strategy & Innovation
• Ethics and Governance
• Business Simulation Game

Individual and Organizational Competencies

Continuous enhancement of individual and organizational competencies, business performance is crucial.

Topics include:

• Org. Structures and Processes
• Organizational Behavior and HR
• Business Statistics
• Resource Optimization
• Entrepreneurship

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

• Mid-career professionals with potential for growth and graduates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience

• Technologists seeking to broaden their knowledge of business and move on to general management responsibilities as business heads

PROGRAMME CHARGES

The programme fee is INR 6,50,000 + GST (applicable rates) per participant, payable in three instalments as per the following schedule:

1. Rs. 1,00,000/- + Applicable GST – Confirmation fee upon confirmation of offer

2. Rs. 1,70,000/- + Applicable GST - I instalment on admission

3. Rs. 1,90,000/- + Applicable GST - II instalment, Date: 11 Nov 2022

4. Rs. 1,90,000/- + Applicable GST - III instalment, Date: 6 Mar 2023

Please Note: *Please add GST at prevailing rates to the programme fee.

All enrollments are subject to review and approval by the programme director. Joining Instructions will be shared with the organization if sponsered or to the participants on selection.

Kindly do not make your travel plans unless you receive the offer letter from IIMB.

Note :

• The Initial programme fee should be received at the Executive Education Office, before the programme commencement date.
• In case of withdrawls, the fee will be refunded only if a request is received at least 15 days prior to the start of the programme.
• If a nomination is not accepted, the fee will be refunded to the person / organization concerned

Programme Schedule

NB: The EGMP is a part-time certificate programme and the course is proposed to be delivered through in-person contact classes held at IIMB Bangalore. However, due to circumstances outside the control of IIMB such as acts of God, war, terrorist attacks, riots, civil disturbance, earthquake, explosion, floods, Government order/intervention, epidemic/pandemic or any other circumstances beyond the control of IIMB, IIMB may change the in-person mode of delivery to online or hybrid modes of delivery. Hybrid delivery implies that a part of the cohort is physically present in the classroom while the remaining students participate in the course virtually. Keeping in mind the circumstances that may prevail from time to time, IIMB reserves the right to modify the in-person mode of delivery to online or hybrid mode of delivery as the need arises.

ALUMNI

On Successful Completion of the programme, the participants are eligible to receive EEP alumni membership.

AWARD OF CERTIFICATE

The certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the programme.
