Anuradha Sharma, PhD (Entrepreneurship) member at CDPG, delivered two lectures at IIT Bombay as part of the IN-SPACe Skill Development Course on ‘Satellite Technology: From Fundamentals to Entrepreneurship’. Her sessions were titled ‘Introduction to Space Entrepreneurship: Key Drivers of Growth Mindset of a Space Entrepreneur’ and ‘Geospace: Applications, Challenges and Opportunities in the Emerging Entrepreneurial Landscape in India and Beyond’.
The lectures explored the growing entrepreneurial opportunities within the space tech industry and examined how Digital Public Infrastructure can be integrated with geospatial data to create new ventures. The sessions offered students a grounded view of both the strategic and technical dimensions of building in one of India’s most rapidly expanding innovation sectors.
