General Management Programme on IIMBx, has been designed to provide an accelerated journey of personal and professional growth by focusing on leadership skills, business acumen and a global perspective.

GMPx is a part-time certificate programme designed to provide the skills, knowledge and global perspectives required to be proficient in today’s corporate world. The programme is based on the highly successful EGMP which is in its 60th edition and IIMBx, the Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs) of IIMB’s Digital Learning centre.(IIMB ranked 3rd in MOOC performance among B Schools globally).

Pedagogy

GMPx Pedagogy includes face to face lectures from IIMB professors, self paced learning - Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs) of IIMB’s Digital Learning center followed by Action Learning Project (ALP).

Programme Design

Today’s business environment is complex and fast changing. Companies are reinventing their business models to cope with or leverage disruptive technologies. Making sense of these rapid changes is becoming critical for gaining a competitive advantage.

Leadership engagement

A unique feature of the GMPx program are the seminars during the campus module where 2 or 3 CEOs/Business heads speak to the participants.

The programme is structured around the following building blocks and will delivered in 5 phases :

 

Programme Fee

The Programme Fee is INR 6,75,000 + @ 18% per participant which is payable in instalments as per the schedule indicated below:

INR 1,00,000 + GST On Confirmation
INR 1,25,000 + GST On or before 5 April 2022
INR 2,25,000 + GST On or before 5 May 2022
INR 2,25,000 + GST On or before 5 June 2022

Programme Duration : 24 days (Tentative)

Note:Hybrid delivery implies that a part of the cohort is physically present in the classroom while the remaining students participate in the course virtually.
