We are excited to announce that the 6th Human Resources International Conference (HRIC) is scheduled to be held at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in India. Previous HRIC conferences were successfully conducted in China, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and South Africa. We invite academics, practitioners, and students to share their insights, research, and expertise. In an era of emerging technologies, helping employees and leaders navigate the unprecedented technological disruptions has become critical.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become the next big landscape, which is evolving at an exponential pace. Its versatility has percolated into the domain of Human Resources, where AI powered tools are increasingly assisting professionals. However, alongside the promise of this disruption, the needs of the employees are evolving, making it imperative to rethink sustainability in HRM and help them navigate the impact.
