Seven-month learning journey of Batch 1 of the executive education programme concludes with an inspiring address from IIMB alumnus and Fairbridge Capital VP S Hariharan
17 September, 2025, Bengaluru: The Centre for Capital Markets and Risk Management (CCMRM) hosted the valedictory of Batch 1 of the Programme on Capital Markets and Risk Management (CMRM) on 13th September 2025, marking the successful completion of a seven-month learning journey.
The Executive Education Programme was led by Prof. M Jayadev, Dean, Administration, Chairperson, Centre for Capital Markets & Risk Management and faculty of the Finance & Accounting area of IIMB, and Dr. Aishwarya Krishna, Adjunct Faculty of the Finance & Accounting area of IIMB.
The Chief Guest, S Hariharan (CFA), Vice President of Fairbridge Capital Pvt. Ltd. and IIMB alumnus, inspired participants by explaining how capital markets create trust, stability and societal impact. He encouraged graduates to build deep expertise, stay curious and embrace the challenges of a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
The participants described the programme as unique and transformative, with many fulfilling a long held dream of joining the IIMB alumni network. The event was both a celebration of achievement and a reminder that the journey of learning never ends.
