Swati Sarbani Roy holds M.A. in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands. She has 22 years of work experience in the public health and research sector and has been associated with Ekjut for more than 15 years. Her core competencies include evaluation design, data monitoring, and analysis. She has also been actively involved in training CSO partners and community representatives on participatory approaches.
