Vasanthi Srinivasan is a Professor in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management at IIM Bangalore. Past President of Indian Academy of Management, she has also served as ICCR Chair Professor of Corporate Responsibility and Governance at the HHL School of Management, Leipzig, Germany.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and is a Fellow in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
