25 June, 2020, Bengaluru: The Alumni Office of IIM Bangalore will host a webinar on ‘How flexible talent can help start-ups grow even in the times of Covid-19’, on June 26, 2020, at 03.00 pm. The webinar will be led by Shreya Prakash (PGP 2008), CEO and Co-founder, FlexiBees.

Due to the Covid crisis, it is a tough time for start-ups with having to deal with demand reducing, cash flow tightening, and a transition to working from home. Many are trying out new models, doing MVPs to tide over these times. There may be a requirement for talent, but of course hiring at this time is a cost.

There are ways to tackle this and make the best of the situation. One of those is to hire expert and flexible talent, that is, high-quality, part-time talent for short duration engagements to start with, that will help manage cost and the uncertain business environment.

The webinar will outline the talent models and how they can help start-ups at this time, and even beyond.

Please note:

Those interested can join the WebEx session 15 minutes before the start of session. All the webinars are archived and can be viewed on Youtube - IIMB Alumni Webinars Channel.
