Hilti India Vice President Varun Sikand to lead EPGP seminar on ‘Differentiation through Unique Sales Model’ on 2nd August

The session, organized by the EPGP Seminar Committee as part of its Seminar Series, will feature a talk/presentation followed by a Q&A session 

31 July, 2023, Bengaluru: Varun Sikand, Vice President at Hilti India, will address IIM Bangalore students on ‘Differentiation through Unique Sales Model’, from 4.30 pm to 6.00 pm on 2nd August 2023, at Classroom N-201 of IIMB. The session has been organized by the Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) Seminar Committee, as part of its Seminar Series. 

The seminar will feature a talk/presentation, followed by a Q&A session. The session has been designed to not only provide valuable knowledge and insights to the students, but also inspire them to strive for excellence in their future leadership roles. 

The one-year fulltime MBA offered by IIM Bangalore – EPGP – aims to nurture and empower the next generation of leaders. The student-driven seminar series strives to drive learning outside the classroom and encourage interactions with industry leaders as well as individuals from all walks of life. 

About the speaker: Varun Sikand is Vice President at Hilti India, spearheading the Marketing and Sales division. 

After completing his graduation in Economics and MBA in Finance and Marketing from the US, he worked in different organizations and in various roles, such as, Finance, Planning and Marketing. With wide experience in Sales and Marketing for over 15 years, he has served as Sales & Marketing Director across countries including United States, Australia and India.

Having worked at Hilti for the last 12 years, he has been a part of its growth story and has led teams across Business Planning, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Operations, Sales Management and Market Research.
