EPGP seminar with Ashok Leyland Chief Technology Officer on ‘Future Mobility’ on Aug 04

27 July, 2018, Bengaluru: Dr. Seshu Bhagavathula, Chief Technology Officer, Ashok Leyland, will address IIM Bangalore students as part of the EPGP Seminar Series, on August 04 (Saturday), 2018.

The topic of the talk is, ‘Future Mobility’.

The talk has been organized by the Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) Seminar Committee.

Dr. Bhagavathula is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and has a PhD from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. He spent close to two decades with Daimler AG in various capacities and profiles in Germany and India. He was the Vice President of R&D at the Great Wall Motors in China. He is currently responsible for group-wide R&D and technologies for heavy duty, medium duty and light commercial vehicles, buses, defense vehicles and technologies, electric vehicles, Modular Business Program, emission and after-treatment technologies (BS-IV, BSVI, etc.), and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. He is also responsible for the design and development of all the engines and aggregates. Dr. Bhagavathula is a member of the Board of Directors of Optare Group Ltd, Leeds, North Yorkshire, UK, as well as of Hinduja Tech Ltd, Chennai, India.
