Ricky Kej, a Grammy Award winner, to visit IIMB’s NSRCEL on August 28

Ricky Kej, an Indian composer, music producer, and environmentalist, will be visiting IIM Bangalore’s start-up incubation hub, NSRCEL, on August 28. He will be a part of Pitch Tunes, a monthly event powered by NSRCEL and supported by Niti Aayog, that brings together experts from various domains and verticals, which include successful entrepreneurs, senior industry professionals, and investors. They form the core of the audience while select start-ups pitch their ventures to the audience and guests for feedback on their pitch.

Ricky has won a Grammy at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards for his album, Winds of Samsara, a collaboration with South African flautist Wouter Kellerman, in the Best New Age Album category.

His album, Shanti Samsara – World Music for Environmental Consciousness, was launched at the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi
