About the speaker: Suman Ghose holds an undergraduate degree from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Bangalore. He is Co-founder of Inroads Leadership Development, a firm that works with middle to senior management and executive leadership through training, coaching and consulting. Suman is a coach and trainer for the World Health Organization, part of the United Nations. He is co-author of a best-selling book on Emotional Intelligence ‘From Command to Empathy - Using EQ in the Age of Disruption’.
Prior to Inroads, Suman worked for over two decades in top multinational companies such as Cadbury’s, Intel, Philips and PricewaterhouseCoopers. His experience covers areas like Practice Building, Program Management, SAP Implementation, Strategy Consulting and Logistics.
