Tenth Annual International Conference on Public Policy and Management

The Centre for Public Policy (CPP) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore is organising the Tenth Annual International Conference on Public Policy and Management from August 3-5, 2015.We welcome papers from multiple disciplines and different domains in public policy and management. We invite researchers and policy makers to submit papers on the following themes (but not limited to):

1. Policy and Regulation

2. Energy

3. Transport

4. Public Service Delivery

5. Economies of China and Africa

6. Civic Society and Media in Public Policy Space

7. Environment, Sustainability and Disaster Management

8. Insurance and Banking

9. Monetary Policy

To commemorate the Tenth Edition of the conference we will organise special tracks on:

1. Digital Governance

2. Land Governance and Policy

3. Targeted Public Policy and Political Preferences

4. Public Transport Policy and Management in Urban India

5. Technology in Policy: Diffusion of Innovation in Public Infrastructure

6. Experiments in Public Policy

7. Expenditure

8. Customer Protection and Financial Inclusion

9. M-ealth Initiatives in India

10. Economic History and Policy

Last date for registration

15 July 2015

All papers will be refereed and published as conference proceedings (on a CD). Selected papers may be developed for publication along specific themes. We are currently in discussions with a leading publisher to produce an edited book of select conference papers.

Limited accommodation facility will be provided to outstation participants on payment as per the rules of the Institute.

Submission of the abstract (of about 300 words) and full paper (of about 6,000 words) is only through the online portal: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=10cppm2015
