10 October, 2023, Bengaluru: The Centre for Software & Information Technology Management (CSITM) at IIM Bangalore, in association with the Wadhwani Institute of Technology & Policy (WITP), will conduct a webinar titled, ‘Being Ready for the Future of E-commerce’, on 19th October 2023, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The webinar will be led by T. Koshy, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). His talk will be followed by a Q&A session.
This would be the eleventh webinar of the Masterclass Series titled: ‘Being Future Ready’, which is a series featuring industry experts who have implemented digital transformation projects in government or other large enterprises.

Speaker details: T. Koshy is the MD and CEO of Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), a first-of-its-kind initiative globally aiming to democratize e-commerce in India. An IIM Bangalore alumnus, he was part of the founding team of National Security Depository Limited (NSDL) and served as an Executive Director. He has been a pioneer in Digital ID and social protection initiatives and has played a leadership role in many implementations and consulting projects globally, including the UID project of India, the largest ID program in the world, along with many other Digital ID initiatives globally. He has also played vital roles in various other digital transformation projects and e-Government initiatives in India, including the Expenditure Information Network, transformation of Pension Systems, development of the Tax Information Network, automation of VAT functions and formulation of IT Strategy and IT Architecture for the implementation of Goods & Services Tax in India. T. Koshy has also played key roles in large organizations such as the World Bank, Ernst & Young, SEBI, etc.
