11 February, 2020: After a successful first edition in Mumbai, NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore’s entrepreneurship centre, brings to you the next edition of The Dialogue in Gurugram on 22nd February 2020 at 2:30pm at WeWork, 32nd Milestone, Gurugram. The theme for this gathering is ‘Building Value-add Brands: Leadership perspectives from the She-Suite’. 

Speakers at the event include: 

Meghana Narayan, Co-Founder, Slurrp Farm: Meghana was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company in London and then New Delhi, where she started the Public Health practice. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Computation as a Rhodes Scholar from Oxford University. She was also on the Indian national swimming team and it is her personal goal to up the nutrition table for Indian kids. Slurrp Farm strongly believes that no parent should compromise on health or taste when it comes to feeding their child. And that is the Slurrp Farm promise - made by two mothers, just the way you would at home.

Kainaz Messman Harchandrai, Co-owner and founder of Theobroma Patisserie India: Kainaz is currently Creative Director at Theobroma, a much-loved patisserie with over 50 outlets across Mumbai, Pune and Delhi NCR. Kainaz is alumna of The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Mumbai and the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development (OCLD), Delhi.  She was a pastry chef at the Oberoi Udaivilas in Udaipur before starting Theobroma. Kainaz was awarded ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ by the Indian Federation of Culinary Associates.  She was also invited to be on the judging panel of the Asian Pastry Cup 2010 where she was recognised for her participation and contribution by Mr. Gabrielle Paillason; founder of the World Pastry Cup. She was a jury member again at the same competition in 2012.

Vandana Suri, Founder, Taxshe: Vandana is an ex-investment banker who has over 25+ years of work experience with various organisations like ABN AMRO, Standard Chartered Bank, Aditya Birla Money, Trust Plutus. She is the founder of Taxshe, an organisation with the core focus of women and child safety, with a very practical solution of women driving women and kids. Taxshe mobilises underprivileged women, trains them in professional driving skills, and these women, in turn, drive women and children to and from the workplace and school. Taxshe is currently present in Bangalore and Delhi NCR, driving about 600+ kids to school every single day. Vandana has recently been awarded by the World Bank under the SDG's and Her Contest 2019, from among 1200 applicants across the globe.

Malika Sadani, Founder and CEO, The Moms Co.: A passionate entrepreneur and a mother of two young daughters, Malika Datt Sadani is the Founder & CEO of The Moms Co., India’s leading company for toxin-free products catering to expectant and new mothers seeking natural, chemical-free products for their daily personal care regimen. She has received several awards, including the BW 40under40, Times She UnLTD. Entrepreneur Award among others. She was also recognized as Exceptional Women of Excellence by Women Economic Forum 2019.
