06 March 2020, Bengaluru: The Office of Research and Publications (R&P) at IIM Bangalore will host a research seminar titled, ‘Director Turnover in New Venture Boards’, on March 11, 2020. Dr. Chanchal Balachandran, Senior Research Fellow, USI Lugano, Switzerland, will deliver the talk to IIMB’s doctoral students.

Chanchal’s scholarly interest lies mainly in the intersection of individual and firm actions, specifically to understand the human component in the strategic choices made by firms and their performance consequences. In this respect, he focuses his research on top management team composition, strategic decision making and organizational consequences.
