12 SEPTEMBER, 2017: As part of its Policy Talks lecture series, the Office of the Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management (PGPPM) will host Dr. Kalpana Gopalan, IAS, on September 13 (Wednesday) to deliver a special lecture on Public Private Partnerships – Theory and Practice. Kalpana is an alumna of the Public Policy and Management Programme at IIMB. Practitioner, policy-maker and author, she has nearly three decades of work experience in the Indian Administrative Service and several awards to her credit.
