PGPPM hosts talk on Climate Change on May 08

The Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management at IIM Bangalore, as part of its ‘Policy Speaks’, a public policy talk series, will host a talk on ‘Measures to address the challenges of Climate Change’, by former Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Karnataka K N Murthy, on May 08, between 2:30 pm and 4 pm in Classroom C-23 at IIM Bangalore.

Shri K N Murthy (Karnataka, IFS, 1985) completed his Fellow Programme from IIM, Bangalore, where his research was on ‘Adaptation to Climate Change in Rural India: Evidence from Chitradurga district in Karnataka State’. After an illustrious career in the Forests department, he retired as Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Karnataka, and MD of Karnataka State Forest Industries Corporation.
