Pawan has close to 27 years of work experience spanning across public market investing, water-related public policy and gas pipeline laying. He has a B. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (India); an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (India) and an MPA from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, NUS (Singapore).
He has co-authored a book titled: ‘Phnom Penh Water Story’.
