07 February 2020, Bengaluru: The Office of Research and Publications (R&P) at IIM Bangalore will host a research seminar titled ‘Preferences and expectations: Understanding the gender gap in major choice’, on February 12, 2020. Prof. Anisha Sharma, from the Department of Economics at Ashoka University, will deliver the talk to IIMB’s doctoral students.

Dr. Sharma is a researcher in development and labour economics. She has earned her PhD in Economics from the University of Oxford. Her research interests include development economics, labour economics, economics of education, and firms and productivity.
