Mr. Krishnakumar Natarajan is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Mela Ventures and a distinguished leader in the Indian IT industry with over four decades of experience. He co-founded Mindtree in 1999, where he played a pivotal role in shaping its globally respected culture of innovation, governance, and leadership development as its Executive Chairman. Prior to founding Mindtree, he held several senior leadership positions at Wipro, contributing to its growth during the formative years of India’s technology sector.

Deeply involved in India’s start-up and investment ecosystem for over 15 years, Mr. Natarajan has been an active angel investor with more than 30 investments across diverse sectors. He currently serves as an Independent Director at Reserve Bank Information Technology Limited (ReBIT) and Kotak Asset Management Limited. Recognized for his advocacy of strong governance and transparency, he is a sought-after speaker at corporate governance forums and plays an active role in industry bodies such as the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and NASSCOM.
