Dr. Padmini Srinivasan is a Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant with a Ph.D. from the National Law School of India University. Before joining academia, she spent over fourteen years in industry, working across treasury, planning, MIS, and accounting functions. At IIM Bangalore, she teaches courses in Financial Reporting & Analysis, Management Accounting, Corporate Governance, and Ethics. Her research focuses on corporate governance, accountability, reporting disclosures, and integrated reporting. She also serves as a Chairperson of Executive Education Programme, IIMB, Public Interest Director on the board of BSE Ltd. And Director on the Board of Delhivery, contributing her expertise in finance and governance to the corporate sector.
