IIMBAA hosts webinar on January 20 for software professionals on volatility of scope

19 January, 2018: The Alumni Relations Office of IIM Bangalore will host a webinar on ‘Containing Volatility of Scope’, by Suresh Randadath – Senior Architect, CSG. If you would like to attend the webinar,  please register by clicking on the Google form: https://goo.gl/forms/WwJgNlNiOVKj3Umq1>

Overview of Webinar:

Why are software delivery teams eternally engaged in a battle to contain one of the most volatile aspects of software engineering, “the scope”? Not managing the scope can seriously jeopardize a project, as the scope is the bedrock on which the product or solution is built. Needless to say, no matter how strong the building blocks are, an unstable foundation can bring the edifice down. In this webinar the presenter will be sharing his experience of managing scope while delivering software solutions.Target audience are people who are involved in Software Solution Delivery (like Project Managers, Program Managers, Delivery Managers, Delivery Directors, Business Analysts, Architects, etc.).  Students who aspire to be in the above role will benefit from this as well.

You can join the WebEx session 15 minutes before the start of session. Note: If you are joining the webinar through mobile phone, please note the meeting number  958 964 227.
