Faculty Recruitments
The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) invites applications from eligible candidates for faculty positions in all Areas at multiple levels:
- Assistant Professor: Candidates applying for this position must demonstrate capability for carrying out high quality research and should have completed or be at the final stages of completing their PhD.
- Associate Professor: Candidates applying for this position should have a credible track record of research and teaching.
- Professor: Candidates applying for this position are expected to provide academic leadership in addition to the above capabilities.
All candidates are expected to contribute to the Institute's Postgraduate, Doctoral, and Executive Programmes.
IIM Bangalore strongly encourages applications from qualified women and reserved category candidates. The Institute follows the Reservation Policy of the Government of India for candidates belonging to OBC (Other Backward Classes), SC/ST (Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe), EWS (Economically Weaker Sections), and PwD (Persons with Disability). Indian Nationals or those with OCI/Dual Citizenship need to indicate the category (General/OBC/ SC/ST/ EWS /PwD) they belong to, in their application.
