Prof. Srinivasan R, Chairperson of CDPG, contributed to a panel discussion at NCAER’s (National Council
of Applied Economic Research) inaugural AI-DPI 2026 conference. The conclave brought together senior
policymakers, regulators, industry leaders, and leading academics from around the world to shape a
forward-looking research and policy agenda at the intersection of AI, Digital Public Infrastructure, and
economic governance.
The CDPG team met with Mr. Ajay Rajan, CEO of Protean eGov Technologies, on 24 June 2026. Drawing on his extensive experience leading critical digital transformation initiatives in the banking sector, Mr. Rajan offered a candid and forward-looking assessment of India’s DPI trajectory.
Anuradha Sharma, PhD (Entrepreneurship) member at CDPG, delivered two lectures at IIT Bombay as part of the IN-SPACe Skill Development Course on ‘Satellite Technology: From Fundamentals to Entrepreneurship’. Her sessions were titled ‘Introduction to Space Entrepreneurship: Key Drivers of Growth Mindset of a Space Entrepreneur’ and ‘Geospace: Applications, Challenges and Opportunities in the Emerging Entrepreneurial Landscape in India and Beyond’.
A paper co-authored by Prof. Sreevas Sahasranamam (University of Glasgow), Anuradha Sharma (CDPG IIMB), and Prof. R. Srinivasan (Chairperson, CDPG IIMB) was presented by Prof. Srinivasan at the R&D Management Conference 2026 in Manchester.
