Dr. Jugal Choudhary is a consultant, trainer and coach specializing in helping organizations navigate the complexities of working across national boundaries. His expertise is sought by leading global and Indian companies—some looking to overcome significant setbacks, while others proactively addressing cross-cultural challenges. Drawing on decades of experience in multinational and global organizations, he employs well-researched cultural frameworks to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
As an adjunct faculty member, Jugal teaches courses in written and oral communication, business ethics and sustainability, and intercultural management and communication at ISB Hyderabad, IIM Bangalore, and IIM Udaipur. He has also held adjunct faculty positions at IIM Ahmedabad and the SP Jain School of Global Management.
An alumnus of Harvard Business School, Jugal holds a doctorate in business management from Symbiosis International University, Pune; a master’s degree in management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune; and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal.
