A diverse group of senior leaders attended a three-day programme titled 'Executive Presence for Impactful Leadership,' which was led by Prof. Deepti Ganapathy and took place from October 6 to October 8, 2025.

The programme provided a transformative journey that encouraged participants to think deeply about their leadership styles and professional impact. It concluded with a valedictory session in which participants synthesised their learnings, examined their changing perspectives, and identified pathways to improve their executive presence.
