- Skill Trainings for BRU Community: Assisted with district officials, TPs and BRU community to organize and monitor skill trainings in BRU Settlement, Haduklao Para.
- Sustaining a Rural Mart: Worked with a group of SHG women in Dhalai along with NABARD to sustain a Rural Mart by assisting them with training requirements, market linkages, providing knowledge and technologies to earn more revenue.
