19 OCTOBER, 2022: Dr. Deepti Ganapathy, Chairperson, Centre for Management Communication at IIMB, was invited to the second edition of the Asian Conference for Political Communication as part of a stellar line-up of 57 speakers representing 22 countries.

Organised by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Ltd., #ACPC22 was held in Singapore on 12-13 Oct 2022.  

Speaking at the panel, ‘Reframing the Narrative on Environmental Communication’, she emphasised the need to communicate about Climate Change keeping in mind the country and context as well as the varying media preferences that audiences engage in. Her co-panellists included Imbrahim Waheed, Deputy Chairperson, Maldivian Democratic Party (Maldives)

Josh Manuata, Assistant Federal Director, Liberal Party of Australia (Australia)

Dr. Lagipoiva Charelle Jackson, Climate Collaborations Editor, Associated Press (Somoa). The discussion was moderated by Katrina Domingo, ABS-CBN Corporation (Philippines).
