EPGP seminar on 'Leadership - Thriving through Global Challenges' on September 02

8 August, 2020, Bengaluru: B. P. Biddappa, Vice President – Global Home Care, New Business Models and Firm of the Future, Unilever, will address students of the Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) at IIM Bangalore on the topic 'Leadership - Thriving through Global Challenges', in an interaction as part of the EPGP Seminar Series, on September 02 (Wednesday), 2020, from 02:30 pm to 04:00 pm. 

Please note that as requested by the speaker, there will not be any invitees from outside IIM Bangalore. Moreover, this session will not be recorded, as specified by the speaker.

B. P. Biddappa joined Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) after working as a Consultant for a little over two years. In a career spanning 28 years, in HUL and Unilever in Human Resource Management, he has worked in a variety of roles starting in India and then in leadership positions across markets and global roles in Unilever. Prior to his present role, he was the Executive Director-HR for HUL and Vice President, HR for Unilever South Asia leading the HR Function for HUL and Unilever Business in South Asia for around seven years from early 2013. 

Since June 2019, he has been the Vice President – Global Home Care, New Business Models and Firm of the Future. He is in the Global HR leadership team for Unilever and is currently based out of London and Mumbai.

B. P. Biddappa has studied Economics and Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He is passionate about Squash and is an avid reader.
