At UiPath, Manish Bharti is responsible for overseeing all business and technology units in India and South Asia. He joined UiPath India at its inception as MD for Sales and then served as the Senior Vice President of Global Accounts in 2018. He has been instrumental in setting up field sales and business structure for establishing UiPath as the RPA market leader locally and globally.
Manish is a performance-focused technology business leader with over 22 years of global sales and delivery experience. He specializes in driving high-growth revenue businesses, executing large-value strategic IT programs and deploying multi delivery models.
Manish has rich experience across a diverse portfolio of industries like Healthcare, Airlines, Retail, and BFSI servicing global clients. His technical expertise lies in the areas of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Enterprise Integration, Global Consulting and Implementation.
Prior to joining UiPath, Manish worked with companies like Automation Anywhere, Metabyte and Tech Mahindra. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and IIM Bangalore.
A native of Patna, Manish spent most of his childhood in the region. He later moved to cities like Pune and Kolkata in India and was in North America on work assignments. Currently, he is based out of Bengaluru where he lives with his wife and two children. He loves to spend time with his family and travel with them.
Manish has a thirst for adventure and a yen for supercars and bikes. You can often find him driving or cruising on an open countryside road to escape the daily grind. Manish is also extremely passionate about educational initiatives for the underprivileged and contributes on this front in his own personal capacity.
