MIJSC hosts webinar on Lean Product Development

01 OCTOBER, 2022: The Mizuho India Japan Study Centre’s (MIJSC) at IIM Bangalore hosted a webinar by Jayaram Balasubrahmanyan, VP, Engineering and Head of India Operations, Atonarp Microsystems as part of the ‘Tatsujin-Speak’ (‘Expert-Speak’) series on 29th September 2022. 

In the webinar, titled ‘Developing Products the Lean Way: Counterintuitive Learnings for Industry’, the speaker discussed several approaches that could be strategized to develop, accomplish, and deliver a unique product in a sustained way that would give value-added solution to the customers. 

The objective of this topic was to introduce Lean Product Development, a concept popularized by Toyota. The session was designed to encourage product developers, technology leaders and business leaders to investigate and consider deployment of product development in a systematic and effective manner.
