Indu Poornima S V, PhD student in the Public Policy, will present her thesis proposal titled, ‘Local Transformations from Large Infrastructure Projects: The Case of Vizhinjam International Seaport’, on Monday, 19 January 2026, at 2.30 pm in classroom K-21.

Her Dissertation Advisory Committee comprises Prof. Prof. Arpit Shah (DAC Chairperson) ; Prof. Deepak Malghan (Member) and Prof. Shailendra Kumar (Member).
