EPGP seminar on ‘Brand Positioning in the Digital Age’ on August 22

17 August, 2020, Bengaluru: Jerry Verghese, Former VP, Global Brand Management, Boeing, will address students of the Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) at IIM Bangalore on the topic ‘Brand Positioning in the Digital Age’, in an interaction as part of the EPGP Seminar Series, on August 22 (Saturday), 2020, from 07:30 pm.

Jerry Verghese has more than 20 years of experience at industry leading B-to-B and B-to-C Fortune 100 companies. Most recently he led the global brand management organization for Boeing, world’s largest aerospace company with responsibility for brand strategy, corporate identity, global advertising, sponsorships, merchandise, factory tours, the in-house creative studio, and historical archives.

He is passionate about driving innovative, impactful, and integrated brand marketing campaigns that are audience-centric, insights driven, authentic, and focused on business strategy with measurable outcomes. Adept at balancing strategy and execution, he has a track record of marketing leadership at companies like UPS, United Airlines and Citigroup.

Jerry holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University’s St. Joseph’s College of Commerce and an MBA specializing in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. After living in eight cities in three countries on two continents, he now calls Seattle home. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys hiking, tennis, travel, and is currently pursuing his private pilot’s license.
