15 May, 2025, Bengaluru: The Mizuho India Japan Study Centre (MIJSC) will host a webinar on ‘Globalization Redefined: How the New Tariff Wars Are Impacting Globalization’, from 4 pm on 21st May 2025. The session will be led by two of Japan’s most distinguished economists – Dr. Shujiro Urata, Professor Emeritus of Waseda University and Chairman Emeritus of the Research Institute of Economy Trade and Industry (RIETI), and Dr. Tomoo Kikuchi, Professor at the Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies and Director of the Institute of Japan in the Global Economy of Waseda University.
