  • Conceptualization and Design of a special project - “Vocational training program for the inmates of the Central Prison, Kalaburagi.” (State-wide Implementation of the project and funding by Karnataka Skill Development Corporation, Govt. of Karnataka) 

  • Initiated and lead a Special Pilot project – “Extraction and Application of Banana Fibre: A source of Rural Income for Red Banana Growers in Kamalapur taluk, Kalaburagi” (Implementation and funding by Karnataka Skill Development Corporation, Govt. of Karnataka) 

  • Coordinated with Agriculture Skill Council of India in creating a new QP-NOS under National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) for “Application of Banana Fibre”  

  • District Skill Development Plan for Kalaburagi – 2020 

  • Initiated training in Aviation sector in the district under Skill India (The first in North Karnataka and the only training program in aviation sector Karnataka outside Bengaluru)
