New Faculty Information Programme 2022
IIMB's Centre for Teaching and Learning organized the first New Faculty Information Programme of 2022 (virtually) in a phased manner over a span of two months, i.e., February and March 2022. The sessions were attended by 15-18 new faculty members on designated days of the programme.
The aim of the programme was to
- inform and orient the new faculty members about some of the essential institutional and administrative aspects, initiatives, and policies.
- provide the faculty members the space for sharing their thoughts on the journey they have had so far as a faculty in the institute and also, get their concerns and queries addressed in the process.
The programme was divided into four phases or days. The details are given below.

The faculty members found the sessions useful and have expressed interest in some specific topics or areas which can be covered in the next round of NFIP 2022.
The second or next round of New Faculty Information Programme of 2022 will be organized in the latter half of this year.
