Aditya Gupta

Dr. Aditya Gupta is currently the Chief Operations Officer at TCI-IIMB Supply Chain Sustainability Lab at the Supply Chain Management Center (SCMC), IIMB. He has about twenty-seven years of extensive experience in the areas of Supply Chain Management, General Management, Finance and Sales.

Aditya is a PhD, MBA, Computer Engineer and CFA by qualification. Prior to his stint at IIMB, he has worked in leading corporates such as TVS Group, Tata Group, Virgin Group, Moser Baer, Jindal Group, Essar Group. He has an excellent track record of consistently meeting the most challenging corporate goals with success.

He has conducted impactful research in the intersecting domains of sustainability and supply chain, contributing to the advancement of eco-friendly practices and efficient logistical strategies. He has built several tools like Transportation Emission Measurement Tool, Carbon Accounting Tool to measure Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and others in the domain of Sustainability. He has collaborated with several organizations to establish environmental stewardship initiatives, enhance supply chain sustainability, and promote ESG practices. He has been writing on Sustainability in the form of research papers, case studies, white papers and though leadership articles.

Dr. Mohan Krishna

Dr. Mohan Krishna is currently associated as Manager – Research, with the TCI-IIMB Supply Chain Sustainability Lab at the Supply Chain Management Center (SCMC), IIMB. 

Mohan holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (EV state estimation and control) from Vellore Institute of Technology, India. Additionally, he also acquired a domain specific MBA (Power Management). He has close to 12 years of diverse teaching and academic research experience from institutions of eminence and deemed universities across India. He is a senior member of IEEE and is also additionally involved in many extension activities for the benefit of the industry and academia, notable among them, was his responsibility as an EXECOM member of the young professionals affinity group (YPAG), IEEE Bangalore section.

He is working on several research/consulting projects at the lab, related to Carbon mapping and footprinting, GHG accounting, Sustainability suite for MSMEs, Electric mobility etc. He is also co-authoring and documenting several ongoing case studies on capacity planning and management of EV battery swapping stations, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for EV battery manufacturers etc.
