Centre for Teaching and Learning at IIMB invites nominations for the Nurturing Future Leadership Programme

22nd May 2025, The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at IIM Bangalore is pleased to announce the 4th edition of the Nurturing Future Leadership Programme (NFLP), scheduled to take place from August 25 to 29, 2025, at the Bannerghatta campus of IIM Bangalore.

Organized under the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme of the Ministry of Education (MoE), the NFLP is designed to build academic leadership among faculty members in higher education institutions across India. Through interactive workshops, case discussions, and expert sessions, the programme aims to strengthen leadership capabilities and foster institutional excellence.

Who can apply?

The program is open to full-time/permanent faculty members teaching in centrally funded universities/institutions and state public universities/institutions.

In alignment with the MoE's guidelines, up to four participants from private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) will also be accommodated.

How to register

Eligible faculty members must be nominated by their respective institutions. The nomination letter should be uploaded via the official MMTTC Portal at https://mmc.ugc.ac.in.
