This paper is divided into 6 parts, the first part, "The Background", highlighted the saga of agriculture knowledge transfer through various institutional mechanisms. The second part "The Problem", deals with, faculty strategy of technology selection and implementation. The third part "The New Initiatives", deals with in transfer of technology through agriculture science centre with re-engineered approach of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The fourth part, "Th Solution" brings about implementation and montitoring process through Info-kiosks. The fifth part "The Technology", deals with essence of technology for knowledge transfer. Final the sixth part deals with economics for sustainability.
