EPGP seminar on August 2
01 August, 2017, Bengaluru: A talk has been organized as part of the EPGP Seminar Series 2017-18 at IIM Bangalore on August 2 (Wednesday) 2017, at 4.30 pm. The talk, organized by the EPGP Seminar Committee, will be delivered by Giridhar G V, Global Talent Leader for EY Global Delivery Services (GDS).
Giridhar G V was earlier the Chief Operating Officer for the India Operations of EY GDS. Giridhar G V was awarded EY Global Chairman's Values Award in 2011, one of the most coveted awards in EY. As an EY certified coach, he is a mentor and coach to several young leaders in the organization.
He has 25 years of experience, spanning across professional services, IT-enabled services, and hospitality and manufacturing organizations. He has in-depth experience in building operational processes, organizational structures, talent management, strategy development, infrastructure management, quality framework, continuous improvement, change management, legal matters, financial planning and cost management. Having worked in two start-up operations, he has done extensive work in building organizational culture and values.
