Expert talk on July 8

07 JULY, 2017: Mr. TCA Raghavan will address students on the relationship between monetary and fiscal authority on July 8 (Saturday) at the IIMB auditorium.

TCA was a consultant with the Reserve Bank of India for Volume Three and Four of its history. He has also been a consultant at many other research institutions. He has recently completed a book titled, ‘Dialogue of the Deaf’, where he discusses about the complex relationship between the Government and the RBI – a topic which relates to the contemporary burning issue of independence of a central bank.
