The Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM) is organizing a panel session on various aspects of Demonetization on Saturday, the 25th of February, 2017 between 4:30 P.M. and 6:30 P.M. The venue is IIMB Auditorium. The speakers are Professor Vivek Moorthy, faculty, Economics and Social Sciences area, IIMB, who will base his presentation on the submission he recently made at the Bank of International Settlements, Asia Pacific Office, Hong Kong; Debashis Basu, Co-Founder and Editor of MoneyLife, a financial news portal, and Sathvik Vishwananth, Founder and CEO, Unocoin – A Bit coin company based out of Bangalore. Each of the speakers are expected to speak for about 30 minutes followed by an open discussion on 30 minutes. The discussion shall be moderated by Prof. Sankarshan Basu, faculty, Finance and Accounting area, IIMB.
