After the successful launch of the Emerging Leaders Programme – Batch 1 , IIMB has launched the second edition of the programme. This seven-month programme is designed for first-time managers or soon-to-be managers. Driven by technology and digital business models, the business environment is rapidly transforming. Therefore, all managers need to be entrepreneurial and innovative to succeed.

Conceived to meet the needs of tech savvy and busy first-time managers, the ELP will be offered in a blended format. In addition to live online sessions, participants will learn from online courses developed by IIMB’s faculty members. These courses, on IIMB’s digital learning platform, are designed for the participants to develop a strong foundation in management.

The curriculum has been designed to make the participants self-aware and confident managers adept at managing teams for high performance.
